Contractual partners (users) can only be natural persons with full legal capacity as well as legal entities.

2. scope of services

genetics-sale.ch operates an Internet service that users of the website can use, among other things, to purchase animals ,embryos and sperm.

The user must complete personal details within his profile. Please note: genetics-sale.ch reserves the right to take civil action for false information provided intentionally or fraudulently in the profile or in other areas of the portal and to terminate the existing contractual relationship without notice. genetics-sale.ch is also entitled to check the personal details of the user on the basis of suitable official documents and to delete the user if necessary - e.g. in the case of incorrect information.

3. obligations of the users

The respective user is responsible for any legally required business registrations.

The user is solely responsible for the content of his registration and thus for the information he provides about himself and assures that the data he provides is true. By registering with the Internet services of genetics-sale.ch, the user affirms that he/she will use genetics-sale.ch only for private, non-commercial purposes and, in particular, that he/she will treat confidentially any information entrusted to him/her by other members and will not use it for commercial purposes.

Important: Failure to comply with these obligations may result in termination of any contractual relationship without notice and may also result in civil and criminal penalties for the user. genetics-sale.ch reserves the right in particular to exclude users who, when using genetics-sale.ch Internet services, disseminate immoral, politically radical or obscene content or photos.

4. place of jurisdiction, severability clause

These General Terms and Conditions of Business/Terms of Use and all other agreements between the contractual partners (users) and genetics-sale.ch shall be governed exclusively by the laws of Switzerland.

Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be or become invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. Should individual provisions of this contract be wholly or partially ineffective or lose their effectiveness at a later date, this shall not affect the validity of the rest of the contract. The ineffective provision shall be replaced by the parties by an effective provision which corresponds as far as possible to the economic purpose of the ineffective provision. The same shall apply to any loopholes in the contract.
